In this tutorial, i use CPK File Manager export font file with zlib format

Next i use Ultimate Data Explorer open this font file

See textbox of characters range in this you write the hex number(order character position) and click Generate -> Apply to replace the character at position where hexnumber point to.
I have write a tool allow you get list of hexnumber very fast after that just copy and paste in characters range and Generate

I tested many times and for a list of start point - end point :
- 21-3000 -> Generate - > Apply
- 3000-6000 -> Generate - > Apply
- +3000 .... until reaching total characters
